Sometimes replacing doors and worktops transforms a kitchen at lower cost. Sometimes a full rip-out and reconfigure — what many people call a remodel — is the right call. We give honest advice based on your budget, the condition of the services, and how long you plan to stay in the property.
Wider remodelling that opens rooms or removes load-bearing walls is structural work. We plan that with engineer calculations and building control, often alongside a kitchen fit-out. Home refurbishments cover multi-room programmes when the kitchen is only one part of a larger refresh.

Is a kitchen renovation the same as an extension?
No. Renovation stays within the existing walls. An extension adds structure and floor area. Use the kitchen extensions page if you need more space, or the house extensions page if the brief is a wider addition rather than a kitchen-led build.
Are kitchen renovations guaranteed?
Eligible Napwood work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee, subject to written terms. Public liability insurance details are available on request. Manufacturer warranties on cabinets and appliances sit with the relevant supplier.
